At checkout, enter the email address of your NinjaTrader account. Your license is issued through NinjaTrader’s vendor licensing system and attached to that email. It is usually activated within a few hours after payment (nights, weekends and holidays may take longer).

No. There is no key to copy or paste. When you are signed in to NinjaTrader with the email you gave at checkout, NinjaTrader recognizes your license automatically.

Please contact Support with your order details and the correct NinjaTrader account email, and we will move the license.

No. MOTF licenses are a one-time purchase with lifetime use of the product you bought. There is no monthly fee.

Click Buy on the product page and you will be taken to a secure payment page run by Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and other payment methods available in your country are shown automatically. On that page, also enter your NinjaTrader account email so we can activate your license. MOTF never stores your full card details. See our Privacy Policy.

Different computers: any computer where you sign in to NinjaTrader with your account — your trading PC, a laptop or a new PC.

At the same time: up to two computers at once, which is NinjaTrader’s own limit for signing in with the same account simultaneously (NinjaTrader 8.1 or newer).

Licenses are for personal use — please do not share your NinjaTrader account.

NinjaTrader 8 on a Windows computer, a NinjaTrader account, a market data connection for the instruments you trade, and an internet connection when NinjaTrader starts.

Download the .zip from your Customer Portal (do not unzip it), then in NinjaTrader choose Tools → Import → NinjaScript Add-On… and select the file. Full step-by-step instructions are in our Documentation.

MOTF tools do not require Tick Replay unless the product page states otherwise. MOTF Big Trades, for example, reconstructs historical prints without Tick Replay.

Check that you are signed in to NinjaTrader with the same email you used at checkout. If you purchased recently, your license may still be activating (usually a few hours). Restart NinjaTrader and check your internet connection. Still stuck? See Troubleshooting or contact Support.

When we release a new version, it appears in the Downloads section of your Customer Portal. Import it the same way as the original installation — your license stays active.

Visit our Support page. Include your product name, NinjaTrader version and a screenshot of any message. Never send your password.

Because MOTF tools are digital products, all sales are final once the license has been activated on your NinjaTrader account. Duplicate charges are always refunded, and if a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the product and we cannot resolve it, we may issue a refund. See our Terms & EULA.

No. MOTF indicators and statistical models are analytical tools that display market data and historical statistics. They are not trade recommendations or investment advice, and historical results do not guarantee future results. All trading decisions are yours.

They describe how often something happened in comparable historical sessions (for example, how often price returned inside a balance). They are historical frequencies from a limited sample — not predictions. See the statistical models disclosure.
